Abstract:

During the era of ancient and traditional diplomacy, international relations were entrusted to the elite of the chosen men who negotiated and decided their country’s policies and relationship. This has changed under democratic systems of government, where public opinion, multi-partyism, in addition to the revolution of communications and information, energy, water, migration, environment, resistance to terrorism, nuclear proliferation and epidemics. All of the above mentioned have brought about a qualitative change in the nature and tools of diplomacy, in the emergence of contemporary diplomacy. In the same context, diplomatic qualifications are one of the necessities of diplomatic work in our world today, it is not enough for the state to have potential and capabilities without the presence of diplomatic figures, capable of employing the potential to achieve the interests and supreme objectives of nation-states.
Theme:

Things are formed as embryos grow in surrogacy, accidents are only the birth of new landmarks or phenomena, but the causes are the laws that govern natural existence and life, including the social, political, cultural and intellectual state. The most important shortcoming of the human mind lies when some look at the (democracy) of the West, this West, which is focused on singing on human rights symphonies and drumming for democracy. In our present time, the time of the digital revolution and the electronic flood, war is no longer compared to the intelligence test on the chess board. Especially since making the bright future for men, and many minds can be used by a diplomatic savvy that turns the equations of conflict upside down.
Since the information and communication revolution has turned the world into a small village, it has become necessary to resolve all conflict that may arise between countries, individuals and institutions by friendly means, one of the most important forms of which is the negotiation process, especially since resorting to the use of force to resolve disputes has become alarming many scourge to the parties to the conflict, because international law prohibits the use of force in international relations.
We have experienced the process of democratic transformation that Egypt has witnessed since the revolution of June 30, 2013 and until now, where there are many visions and perceptions about the positive path in many issues that have played and continue to play an important role in the political, economic, social and even intellectual and cultural transformations in Egyptian society. We have chosen from them what we think we need to write and mention, which are (the Egyptian diplomatic front under the slogan of youth diplomacy), as the objectives that I have envisaged in this article are many, foremost of which is to give an idea of this great work, and since the youth category in Egypt represents the largest resource for development and the most important factor for the manufacture of a bright future, from here the Egyptian state has worked on Investing the energies and ideas of distinguished Egyptian youth cadres and leaders in the field of diplomatic work,
Especially that the Egyptian political leadership, led by His Excellency President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi, is working with strenuous efforts and continuously to activate the role of young people in Egyptian society and their positive impact, launch their creative abilities, urge them to lead and innovate, and develop their awareness of the most important local and global issues.
According to the above, the rationale by highlighting the intellectual and realistic background of the establishment of the Egyptian Diplomatic Front reflects the benefits and advantages of implementing this great diplomatic project by following up the activities and work of the Front in many awareness programs from a diplomatic, political, cultural and social point of view in cooperation with government agencies, it represents an integrated road map for the work of young people in the diplomatic corps, and a model that provides the starting point for foreign policy makers, according to a strategic vision that starts from the establishment of mechanisms and coordination in the participation of Egyptian youth in diplomatic work in the field.
Let's let the so-called (negotiating process) in international relations because it is a reality embodied by all the records of diplomacy in world politics, so this reality makes us believe in jurisdiction, and with our recognition of the importance of the role of Egyptian diplomatic minds known for their acumen, and culture in the Arab, regional and international political arena in consolidating the concept of diplomatic work with all its contents and connotations and transferring it to the youth of the front. Therefore, we, as a future Egyptian diplomatic scene that lays new foundations and rules in the field of international relations, will have a surprising impact in the records of the international political system. Indeed, the scene began to put its first steps in diplomatic work through the participation of the front in many occasions witnessed by Egypt in the few months, which we will discuss in our next article.
This is precisely what we are writing about today (the Egyptian Diplomatic Front) to create a diplomatic future with the mentality of the ambitious and loving young Egyptian to his country. As for the details, it is a long series of programs and projects that we stand for a lot, where we will witness new chapters of illuminating diplomatic work at the hands of the youth of the front, and perhaps they will be implemented in the future on the regional and international arena.
In order to establish the above, the Egyptian state when it sought and supported these young energies, because it knows very well that young people are the future, and those responsible for this project know that young people will make an inevitable change in the diplomatic field for the better, and just as the new generation learns from experienced people, this generation will certainly give a new vision, and a qualitative leap in the contents of diplomatic work, and therefore it is necessary to take advantage of this shift and try to employ it in activating diplomacy in order to serve the supreme national interests of the country. This can be called foreign policy manipulation to be compatible with every new and variable, to achieve the objectives of the supreme state, which is suitable and the potential of the great Egyptian state, , its civilizational and religious values.
